Frequently Asked Questions

What are your prices?

All piercings are a $30-$40 fee per piercing PLUS the cost of the jewelry you pick out.  We only pierce with internally threaded or threadless implant-grade titanium and precious metals hand set with semi-precious and genuine stones. The price per piece will range depending on what the jewelry is made from and what kind of stones are in it.  We are more than happy to work with you to stay within a specific budget.

Do I need an appointment to get a piercing or to get my jewelry changed?

We do accept Appointments and walk-ins, however, appointments are recommended to make sure we can spend a specific amount of time just for you.  If you do decide to walk in, we will do our best to serve you, just be prepared that you may have to wait if we are expecting an appointment around the time you arrive.

How can I contact you?

You can call or email us

Do you accept credit Cards?

But of course!

Do you require a deposit for appointments?

No we do not.  We do ask that you call us to let us know if you are going to be late or if you need to be rescheduled.  If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will take a walk-in ahead of you if one is waiting.  If you cancel your appointment or “No call, No Show” 3 times, our booking system will prevent you from making future appointments and your only option will be to come in as a walk-in.

Do I need an ID?

If you are getting a piercing, then yes! You would need to have a valid government ID.  We can accept a valid driver's License, Passport, State ID, Resident Alien Card, or Military ID.  An ID will be required every time you come in for a piercing so please remember to bring it with you every time.  We can not accept digital copies of ID’s at this time.

I’m a minor, do I need an ID?

Yes, you do! If you are between the ages of 13-17, we would need a valid/recent photo ID for the minor, a valid government ID from the biological parent or guardian that is present, AND a birth certificate or guardianship papers to prove the relationship.  We need all three items every time or else we can not do the piercing, unfortunately.

What if I’m going to be late for my appointment?

Life happens, we totally understand that.  If you are running late, please call us and let us know.  We will do our best to make sure we can accommodate you, however, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may take a walk-in client in the meantime

Can I bring a friend for moral support?

Totally!  You may bring ONE friend into the piercing room with you for moral support.  Unfortunately, that is the limit.

Can I bring my own jewelry?
Due to Board of Health regulations and Insurance requirements, we can not. We only use implant-certified materials. We also can not do a fresh piercing with jewelry that was previously worn, even if it is your own.

Can you pierce me if I am pregnant?

No. It is best to wait until your pregnancy is over before getting a new piercing.  Between body changes and doctor visits that may require removing all jewelry, it is best to wait until after.

Am I supposed to tip the piercer?

Tips are never expected but always appreciated.  Piercing is a part of the personal service industry.  If you are happy with the service that you received, then you are more than welcome to leave a gratuity

I’m allergic to some metals, what is your jewelry made out of?

We use 14k gold and implant-grade titanium.  Our gold ends are still on a titanium post because titanium is a hypoallergenic metal.

How many piercings can I get in one appointment?
We can do 3-4 piercings in one sitting, depending on which piercings you were looking to get.

My piercing has a bump! What do I do?

Unfortunately, a piercing bump can happen.  Often times they are caused by an outside product being introduced into the piercing or sometimes pressure from sleeping on it.  If this does happen, please contact us or stop in so we can help reverse the issue.

I think my piercing is infected, What should I do?

First, we recommend to please contact us and/or have us take a look.  Often times minor irritations are confused for being a bigger problem than they are and sometimes it's just a matter of changing your jewelry or your aftercare routine.  If there is an issue that is beyond our ability to help, we will direct you to the best options for the situation.

Are there any piercings that you don’t do?

We do not offer dermals, surface piercings, tongue, genital, or smileys.
