Booking Policy

Our Studio accepts appointments as well as walk-ins during shop hours, schedule permitting.

For Appointments:

We understand that a lot of our clients may only be in town for a limited time or are coming from long distances. Making an appointment is the best way to reserve time dedicated just for you to answer any questions, pick out jewelry, and assist you through the piercing process.

We do not require deposits for appointments.  We do ask that you please call us if you need to reschedule or if you are going to be late.  If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, we may take a walk-in client ahead of you.

We understand that life happens and rescheduling may need to happen on occasion, however, if a client cancels or “no call, no shows” more than 3 times, then our booking system won’t allow them to make future appointments and your only option would be to come in as a walk-in.

For Walk-ins:

Walk-ins are always welcome and we do our best to accommodate to the best of our ability.  If you wish to come in as a walk-in, you may have a brief wait if there is already an appointment scheduled at the time.  We do our best to be as transparent as possible with our availability and schedule.
